Mission Statement: To assist entrepreneurs of the Aleutian Pribilof Islands Region with Business training, incubation and access to capital; encourage economic development; and provide a full range of services to foster and encourage homeownership, thereby enhancing the quality of life for all communities and residents of the Region.

What is CDFI?  Administered through the Dept. of Treasury, the CDFI fund was created by Federal Law in 1994, to promote economic revitalization and community development in distressed urban, rural and Native communities.

CDFI's develop financial products (primarily loans) determined through comprehensive market survey/analysis; and provide technical assistance, to meet the needs of their market.
